Holunderbl\u00fcten mit Wasser waschen (falls n\u00f6tig) und abtropfen lassen.&#13;\n2.    Eier und Zucker schaumig schlagen und Mehl (und evtl. Orangensaft) hinzuf\u00fcgen, um einen dicken Teig zu erhalten.&#13;\n3.    Die Bl\u00fcten in den Teig tauchen und in nicht zu hei\u00dfem \u00d6l ca. 40 Sekunden frittieren. Abtropfen lassen und warm halten.&#13;\n4.    Mit Puderzucker bestreuen.
